Trip Cancellation & Customer Refund Policy
All bookings are subject to approval. When you apply, your card will be charged and if you are not approved within 30 days, the funds will be released back to your card.
You may cancel any time before your approval and receive a full refund.
If you are approved and cannot attend, you can cancel by March 1st and be refunded all money minus the transaction fees.
All prices are listed for individual booking. Each registrant will need to apply individually.
All payments are subject to platform processing fees of 3% per transaction.
If this trip must be canceled due to restrictions in Dominican Republic due to COVID-19, the customer will receive credit to be applied towards a future trip.
If a COVID-19 test is required to enter Dominican Republic at the time of the trip, you are responsible for quarantining and having a negative test to enter the country. No refunds will be given if you have a positive COVID-19 test and you are not allowed to enter Dominican Republic.
Must have a Passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of travel.
